Hi I’m Shamila! I’m a Registered Social worker with +25 years of clinical experience helping individuals and couples improve their relationship and mental health.

I’ve walked alongside many individuals and couples through the ups and downs of relationships, parenting challenges, the rollercoaster of emotions like anxiety and low mood, and much more.

Hi I’m Parisa! Registered Psychotherapist and founder of Parisa Counselling! I’m a Psychotherapist with +10 years of clinical experience helping individuals and couples overcome relationship challenges, build more fulfilling relationships and boost their self-esteem.

As a therapist of colour, I bring a unique perspective and understanding of the cultural pressures that individuals from Asian and Middle Eastern cultures face.
